Pelo 4º ano seguido, Bill Gates é o homem mais rico do mundo, diz 'Forbes'

Bill Gates, fundador da Microsoft, mais uma vez foi apontado como o homem mais rico do mundo pela revista "Forbes", em lista divulgada nesta segunda-feira (20). É o quarto ano seguido que ele encabeça a lista. Neste ano, a fortuna de Gates foi estimada em US$ 86 bilhões, US$ 11 bilhões a mais do que no ano ado.

Na segunda posição aparece Warren Buffett, com uma fortuna estimada em US$ 75,6 bilhões.

O terceiro é Jeff Bezos, da Amazon, com US$ 72,8 bilhões. Ele foi quem mais conseguiu aumentar sua fortuna no ano, com US$ 27,6 bilhões a mais do que no ano ado, quando foi o quinto mais rico. É o primeiro ano em que ele alcança o top 3.

Jorge Paulo Lemann, brasileiro mais bem posicionado, caiu de posição e deixou a lista dos 20 mais ricos do mundo. Ele está na 22ª posição, com US$ 29,2 bilhões. No ano ado, ele tinha ficado na 19ª, com US$ 27,8 bilhões.

O número de bilionários no mundo cresceu 13%, de acordo com a revista, e chegou a 2.043, a primeira vez em que a de 2.000 pessoas. No ano ado eram 1.810. A renda total subiu 18%, para US$ 7,67 trilhões, o que também é um recorde, afirma a "Forbes".
