Evino e Grand Cru: Vinho nacional melhorou, mas custo-benefício é problema

Alexandre Bratt, CEO da Víssimo Group, holding formada pela Evino e a Grand Cru, diz em entrevista exclusiva na série UOL Líderes que ainda há um problema em relação ao custo-benefício no vinho brasileiro, salvo para os espumantes. "Se eu tenho que gastar R$ 100 em um vinho nacional ou em um vinho importado, haverá diferença de qualidade", afirmou. O custo do vinho no Brasil continua alto, diz o chefe da holding, por conta do aumento do câmbio, do alto custo das matérias-primas, do frete internacional, além do dissídio trabalhista e o reajuste de aluguéis.

Bratt afirma que em 2022 continuará havendo falta de garrafas de vidro no mundo, e uma das alternativas para o Brasil serão as garrafas pet, já aprovadas em alguns países da Europa.
